The Italian Blutcher from Yuketen is the pinnacle of Italian craftsmanship and Yuketen's signature Moccasin design. Handcrafted in Italy, the shoes use the best quality full-grain flesh out leather from Opera Leather from Tuscany, who have been specialized in making flesh-out leather and suede since the 70s. The leather is described as ‘flesh-out’ as it is full-grain leather that is flipped so that the flesh side of the leather faces outwards. This flesh-out leather does double duty, not only giving the lovely appearance of a smooth suede but also providing the wearer with a full-grain lining.The upper leathers are hand-sewn and hand-lasted on Yuketen’s proprietary last. Full vegetable-tanned leather insoles, tucks with steel shank, memory foam and arch cushion reinforcements creates a sturdy, well distributedarch support that molds to you foot bed with wear. The outsole is a Vibram 'Tuscany,' featuring a not too heavy mini lug for added durability.
